The movement proceeds slowly and steadily as I build the line. Through this process, I bring my body into inner harmony with the world. The concentration required leads to meditation, fostering inner calm and balance. In this state, I gain the ability to approach things more deliberately.

I think of nothing. I am simply present in the moment. I delve deeper within myself and reach a state of total silence. This meditation encourages me to find stillness within and to merge with my surrounding.
